Encounter with former KGB High ranking official Oleg Kalugin in Washington DC

My spy encounter in DC. I encountered Oleg Kalugin, a former high ranking member of the KGB and former deputy in the Russian parliament. I had him sign my Radio Moscow sticker (the external international service of the USSR). His cover in New York City was as a radio correspondent for Radio Moscow.
